Terms of Service

Nocturne is a private preview offered to invited accounts at no charge. By using it you agree to these terms, which cover the preview only and will be replaced before Nocturne is offered publicly.

1. The preview is provided as is

There is no service level commitment and no warranty. Features may change, break, or be withdrawn without notice, and the preview may end at any time. Do not rely on it for anything you would not be willing to lose.

2. Access

Access is granted per account and is not transferable. Use the preview lawfully, and do not attempt to reach parts of the product that have not been made available to you.

3. What the preview does not do

Nocturne does not currently execute actions against your systems, spend money on your behalf, or publish anything. Approval gates, budget caps, data export, and self-hosting are design goals under development, not commitments we make to you today.
