Privacy Policy

Nocturne is a private preview. There is no generally available service, and this policy describes only what the preview does today. It will be replaced before Nocturne is offered publicly.

1. What we collect

If you have been given preview access, we store the email address you signed in with and the session record that keeps you signed in. Our servers keep ordinary request and error logs, which include IP addresses and user agents.

2. What we do not collect

We do not collect API credentials for your own systems, and Nocturne does not connect to, read from, or act on any external account of yours. Credential connection and autonomous execution are not built yet. We do not sell or share personal data, and there is no advertising or cross-site tracking on this site.

3. Access, export, and deletion

There is no self-serve export and no self-hosting option today. To see what we hold or to have it deleted, email hello@nocturneops.com. Preview data may be deleted in full when the preview ends.
